Thomas Louis "Tom" Harper is a character in the Nickelodeon series Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn. He’s the father of the quadruplets and husband of Anne Harper.

Tom is lanky and fair skinned with brown eyes.
Personality
Tom appears to care more for his toys and gadgets than his own children, but this is only a gag of the show. Deep down, he has a lot of affection for the quadruplets. He's also shown to be very dim-witted. He also tends to make careless mistakes, and things do not go as planned whenever he tries to do something.
He owns and runs a restaurant, and yet never seems to be at work.

- He was absent for three episodes, the final three consecutive episodes of Season 2. The episodes include, A Brief Case of Popularity, New Kid on the Block and The Tell-Tale Art.
